Although our 50th Anniversary Celebration took place in October, we will be celebrating throughout the entire 2023-2024 school year. With that in mind, we have put together a Google drive to share with you. Here you will find transcripts of the remarks made by our guest speakers during the program at the 50th event, information about both Guelph Campus Ministry and Waterloo Campus Ministry, photos and stories from the past 50 years, and photos from the 50th celebration event.
We are seeking to enable hospitality and bless the university with a new bench on the Raithby
House
porch (similar in style to the one pictured). Raithby House is the home of faith and
spirituality on
campus at the University of Guelph and the porch is one of GCM's favourite places to gather as a
community to discuss faith, life and more. This new bench will feature a plaque marking GCM's
50-year
presence on campus.
Funds raised as part of this 50th anniversary Legacy Project will be split evenly between Guelph
and
Waterloo Campus Ministries, with funds raised above and beyond the goal being directed generally
to
student programming at each campus.
